• All information provided on our platform must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Any incorrect or misleading information may lead to booking cancellations without refund.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, if any activity is found in breach of these Terms, harmful to our business, or detrimental to other Users.

• Users are advised not to keep excess or idle balances in their accounts. Any extra amount deposited cannot be withdrawn but can only be utilized for booking services (flights, hotels, holidays, etc.). Triptcore reserves the right to release or hold such balances at its sole discretion.

• If any service has additional terms specific to it, those will be mentioned on the product/service details page. Users are responsible for reviewing them before booking.

• We may, at our discretion, change or modify these Terms at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing them periodically.

• All services (flights, hotels, holidays, visa, tours, transfers) are subject to availability at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

• Any loss, damage, injury, delay, cancellation, or failure of service caused by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport, etc.).

• Delayed departures, missed connections, accommodation changes, or fare fluctuations.

• Any inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, or mental distress resulting from service disruptions.

• Immigration refusal, passport issues, or visa rejections for which the traveler is solely responsible.

• All bookings must be made using accurate customer details. Post-booking changes may not be allowed.

• A booking contract is formed only when full payment is received and confirmation details (ticket number/reservation number) are issued.

• Triptcore acts as an intermediary between the User and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). The booking contract lies directly between the User and the service provider.

•Cancellation and amendment deadlines, along with applicable charges, will be provided during booking. Users are responsible for reviewing these before confirming.

• No Shows: If a User does not show up without prior notice, it will be treated as a cancellation, and no refunds will apply.

• Re-Issue/Date Changes: Any re-issue or change will follow the respective supplier/airline/hotel’s policies.

• Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the User ID on the Triptcore – Graphycore Travels Portal as per airline or supplier rules, after deducting applicable fees.

• All displayed rates include taxes and service charges unless specified otherwise (e.g., city tax, resort fees payable at the hotel).

• Rates are subject to currency fluctuations. Once a booking is confirmed, no refund or adjustment will be made due to rate changes.

• Seats, meals, baggage, and other requests are subject to airline confirmation. Triptcore does not guarantee such requests unless confirmed by the airline directly.

• Excess baggage charges (if applicable) must be paid directly to the airline.

• Airlines may change schedules at any time. Triptcore is not liable for missed connections, cancellations, or rescheduling done by airlines. Users must verify changes with the airline.

• Rates are valid only for the specified dates, categories, and conditions. Blackout periods, trade fairs, and special events may result in additional surcharges.

• Hotel images and descriptions are provided by suppliers; Triptcore is not responsible for any discrepancies.

• Special requests (e.g., bedding type, smoking preference) are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed.

• Once confirmed, no amendments (name/date changes, hotel changes) will be allowed.

• Triptcore assists in processing visa applications for popular destinations but does not guarantee visa approval. Final decisions rest with the respective embassy.

• Users must provide accurate and truthful documents. Incomplete or false information may lead to rejection.

• Visa fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable, even if a visa is denied.

• Make false or fraudulent bookings.

• Copy, misuse, or distribute any part of our website content.

• Engage in suspicious or fraudulent activities.
